Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy and planning, or similar roles.
• Ability to craft concise, visually strong exec presentations.
• Comfort with budgets, headcount planning and operational metrics.
• Proven collaboration across senior leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive communications and strategy narratives for C-suite.
• Design and manage operating cadence, OKRs, budget and headcount trackers.
