Hubs is seeking an experienced Applied AI Strategist to translate client business goals into AI-enabled solutions. You’ll bridge business needs and engineering, shaping future states and blueprints for AI-driven platforms with fast, iterative cycles.

You’ll collaborate with client leadership and internal teams, reading organizations to build alignment and deliver high-impact outcomes at speed, in a remote-first, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Strong background in operations, strategy, or consulting.
• Excellent business analysis and systems thinking; see the structure under complex operations.
• Ability to move an organization forward by aligning stakeholders and driving decisions to a conclusion.
• Excellent facilitation and communication; comfortable with executives.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' strategic goals and where AI, automation, analytics, and better data can move the business.
• Turn goals into solutions across client and internal teams; align information and drive decisions.
• Map current processes and design the future state.
• Write clear, implementation-ready specifications for engineering.
• Prioritize opportunities with client leadership, balancing value, feasibility, and strategic importance.
• Stay close to the build to ensure what ships matches the opportunity identified.
