Job summary

Hubs is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect to build end-to-end solutions for design-partner organizations on the Hubs platform. You’ll transform data, wire integrations, and shape solutions in close partnership with AI Business Analysts, product, and engineering.

You’ll translate customer needs into real capabilities and push forward gaps the platform can't yet cover. You’ll join an early Forward Deployed team, operate at a fast pace, and contribute to a customer-centric product roadmap

Qualifications

• Hands-on architect with ability to wire integrations and transform data across systems.
• Experience turning blueprints into working customer solutions on a platform.
• Comfort with web services and data formats (JSON, CSV, XLSX).
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Turn solution blueprints into working end-to-end systems on the Hubs platform.
• Collaborate with AI Business Analysts, product, and engineering to deliver customer value.
• Identify gaps and surface platform improvements to product management.
• Iterate quickly with customers on live solutions.
