Job summary

Percepta in New York is hiring Product Engineers to build cross-cutting products that become the foundation for multi-engagement tools. You’ll embed with customer teams, learn their systems, and ship real delivery work in the field, gaining deep empathy for customers and engineers alike.

In time, you’ll own the roadmap and drive adoption across multiple accounts, turning prototypes into production-ready solutions with clear ownership and interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software with hands-on delivery experience.
• Fluency in Python and TypeScript; able to move from idea to shipped product.
• Strong product intuition: understands who it’s for and why it matters.
• Ability to own roadmap, advocate for customers, and drive adoption.
• High agency in ambiguous problems with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a customer team and ship production delivery work.
• Turn ideas into deployable, usable product and justify it to stakeholders.
• Generalize prototypes, harden them, and drive adoption across accounts.
• Own the roadmap, rollout plan, and outcomes of what you build.
• Create maintainable interfaces and reusable components for Mosaic.
