Qualifications

• 7+ years building production software with 2+ engineers in leadership roles.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript and comfortable coding.
• Proven track record of growing engineers and delivering in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Grow engineers deliberately and set 6–12 month trajectories.
• Ramp new engineers with hands-on pairing and onboarding.
• Provide timely, specific feedback (bi‑weekly 1:1s).
• Own the technical outcome across all workstreams on your team.
