Touchstone Group is seeking a highly skilled AI Systems Architect / Lead Software Engineer to help design and build a custom AI‑powered estimating and operations platform for the construction and real estate industries.

This is an opportunity to help architect and deploy a real‑world AI ecosystem that automates estimating, proposal generation, workflow management, operational reporting, and business processes across multiple divisions.

We are looking for a builder — someone who enjoys creating scalable systems, integrating AI into business operations, and solving complex workflow challenges.

This role will initially focus on a project‑based buildout of our AI infrastructure, with the opportunity for ongoing long‑term consulting and system oversight.

Compensation: $100 - $150 hourly
