Qualifications

• Five+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering with customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python; Go a plus.
• Hands-on AI experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, evaluation design.
• Strong API integration knowledge (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) and data synchronization patterns.
• Experience deploying on serverless/edge platforms (AWS Lambda, GCF) and modern DevOps (CI/CD, containers).
• Data mapping, schema alignment, and understanding of data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations connecting a core AI platform to customers' tech stacks and workflows.
• Integrate SaaS and non-SaaS systems via APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures with bidirectional data sync.
• Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, and evaluation design to improve agent accuracy.
• Write SQL queries, analyze customer data, and surface insights through dashboards informing product decisions.
• Prototype quickly, run live demos, and iterate solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, customer success, support, and revenue teams; travel up to 30% for on-site workshops and go-lives.
