Job summary

You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and product managers to shape solutions that improve how customers interact with their money.

You will work with PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, HuggingFace and Lightning to train, evaluate and deploy models while defining a research agenda and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS with required Applied Research experience before start date.
• Experience leading research projects and delivering scalable ML solutions.
• Strong publication or project track record in ML.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, ML engineers and PMs to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.
• Leverage PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, Lightning to reveal insights from large data.
• Build AI foundation models from design through training, evaluation, validation and implementation.
• Engage in high-impact applied research to push AI into next-gen customer experiences.
• Translate complex work into tangible business goals.
• Lead cross-functional threads bridging prototype model development and production with ML engineering partners.
