Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. in Weehawken, NJ seeks an Agentic AI Developer to design and implement multi-agent systems and scalable AI workflows. You will connect agents to enterprise APIs and data platforms, and benchmark their performance to improve efficiency and reliability.

You'll work with Python, large language model APIs such as Azure OpenAI and Anthropic, and frameworks like LangChain. You will optimize agent collaboration, monitor behavior, and ensure ethical AI practices at scale.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with large language model APIs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
Proficiency in Python or a similar language used for AI development.
Experience with LLM-based frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search techniques.
Familiarity with containerization and related tooling.
Understanding of compliance, risk management, and ethical AI practices.

Responsibilities
