Blossom Health in NYC is seeking an experienced software engineer to build and ship AI-native product experiences used by clinicians and patients. You will design and develop LLM-powered systems and agents that automate healthcare workflows and improve care delivery.

You\'ll own AI features end-to-end, collaborating with clinicians and engineers to understand workflows, evaluate reliability, latency, and costs, and move from prototype to production-ready solutions in a high-trust startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications in production.
• Fluency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern LLM APIs, agentic systems, tool calling, and retrieval.
