Job summary

Blossom Health is seeking an experienced software engineer to build AI-native product experiences for clinicians and patients in a fast-growing, mission-driven company. You will design and ship LLM-powered systems, owning features from prototype to production with solid evaluation and monitoring.

You’ll work on end-to-end AI workflows in a highly autonomous, high-trust environment in NYC, collaborating with clinicians and engineers to maximize real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications in production.
• Fluent in Python and/or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-native product experiences used by clinicians and patients.
• Design and develop LLM-powered systems and agents that automate healthcare workflows.
• Own AI features end-to-end from prototyping to production deployment and evaluation.
• Build robust evaluation, monitoring, and feedback systems for AI quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with clinicians and engineers to map healthcare workflows to AI impact.
