Blossom Health in New York, NY is seeking software engineers to build AI-native product experiences used by clinicians and patients. You will design and deploy LLM-powered systems that automate complex healthcare workflows and own features end-to-end from prototyping to production.

We value ownership, autonomy, and high velocity. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, ensure reliability and latency considerations, and work in-person at our NYC office five days a week.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Building and shipping LLM-powered applications in production.
• Fluent in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and in-person in NYC 5 days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship AI-native product experiences used by clinicians and patients.
• Design and develop LLM-powered systems and agents that automate healthcare workflows.
• Own AI features end-to-end from prototyping to production deployment, evaluation, and iteration.
• Build evaluation, monitoring, and feedback systems to improve AI quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with clinicians and engineers to understand workflows and determine AI impact.
