Job summary

Entech in Pennsylvania is seeking a client-facing software engineering leader to modernize existing applications and deliver AI-enabled software. You will blend hands-on engineering with delivery, project management, and partner engagement to drive complex initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set technical direction, manage scope and timelines, and translate business needs into executable plans. Experience with AI, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and Agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or technology consulting.
• Recent experience leading the development and modernization of production software.
• Prior hands-on experience in software engineering, application development, or technical architecture.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled applications, generative AI solutions, or intelligent automation.
• Experience leading distributed software engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, testing, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent client-facing, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Consulting or professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Financial services or lending experience preferred.
