Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture with influence over senior tech and business stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tooling to build solutions and learn new skills.
• Deep expertise in at least one focus area among Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech & UI Innovation, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust.
• Fluency across the Salesforce platform or at least one major alternative/adjacent technology.
• Track record of staying engaged through delivery, including recovering stalled work.
• Degree: B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS.

Responsibilities

• Architect across the four domains: Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech & UI Innovation, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust.
• Lead with business problems and map them to a capability for action.
• Collaborate across pre and post-sale teams.
• Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers with conflicting recommendations.
• Determine domain placement during interview based on depth and team need.
