Job summary
Salesforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise/solutions Architect to guide multi-domain platform initiatives (Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, Governance & Trust). You will lead with business problems and map them to capabilities that customers can act on, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
The role requires 5+ years in architecture, fluency with Salesforce or major alternatives, and proven delivery through complex enterprise deployments, data, MDM, and AI projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture, with direct experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tooling to build solutions, learn new skills, and be more efficient with your job.
- Fluency across the Salesforce platform or at least one major alternative / adjacent technology relevant to your focus area.
- A track record of staying engaged through delivery, including recovering stalled or politically stuck work.
- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture decisions across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust.
- Collaborate with pre- and post-sale teams to map business problems to capabilities.
- Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers with conflicting recommendations or troubled rollouts.
- Direct domain placement during interviews based on depth and team needs.
