Job summary

Enboarder is seeking an experienced enterprise/solutions architect to guide customers in solving business and technical problems by aligning capabilities with Salesforce and alternative platforms. You will influence executive stakeholders and stay engaged through delivery, ensuring governance and security are embedded through architecture decisions.

You will operate in one or two domains (Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust) with a focus on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture with senior stakeholders
• Experience using AI tooling to build solutions and learn new skills
• Deep expertise in at least one focus domain (Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI, Governance & Trust)
• Fluency across Salesforce or a major alternative/adjacent tech
• Track record of delivery and overcoming stalled or political issues
• Degree in CS, Software Engineering or MIS (BS/MS/PhD)

Responsibilities

• Lead with customer business and technical problems, not product pitches
• Collaborate across multiple pre/post-sale teams
• Align C-suite around a shared business problem and map it to a capability
• Define architecture for agent orchestration, data platforms, APIs and security
• Ensure governance, identity, permissions, data access, and audit controls
• Advise on domain placement and articulate solutions across the four domains
