Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture.
Experience with AI tooling to build solutions and improve efficiency.
Deep expertise in at least one focus area among Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech & UI Innovation, Data & AI Excellence, Governance & Trust.
Fluency with Salesforce or major adjacent technologies.
Proven track record of staying engaged through delivery and guiding senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture across one or two domains, aligning business problems to capabilities.
Collaborate with pre- and post-sale teams to map problems to solutions.
Resolve platform-fit ambiguity during customer engagements and route to the right domain.
Ensure domain placement is driven by depth of expertise and team needs.
Drive delivery through hands-on execution and governance for quality.
