Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to influence senior stakeholders and shape platform strategy across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust.

You will lead with business problems and ensure architectural rigor across domains. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, advocate for scalable APIs, headless extensions, and AI-enabled development, while staying engaged through delivery and guiding customers through complex

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture with influence on senior stakeholders.
Fluency across Salesforce platform or adjacent technologies relevant to focus area.
Track record of staying engaged through delivery despite challenges.
Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in CS, SE, or MIS.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust based on customer problems.
Collaborate with pre/post sales teams and align executives around capabilities for action.
Address platform-fit ambiguity and route work to the appropriate domain.
Promote APIs, headless experiences, and AI-enabled development with governance.
