Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise/Solution Architect to lead with customer business problems across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech & UI Innovation, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust.

You will stay engaged through delivery, ensuring architectural decisions translate into real outcomes for customers. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, apply AI tooling to build solutions, and demonstrate deep expertise in at least one focus area while fluently navigating

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture, with direct experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with AI tooling to build solutions and improve efficiency.
Fluency across the Salesforce platform or at least one major adjacent technology.
Track record of staying engaged through delivery and overcoming stalled work.

Responsibilities

Lead with the customer's business and technical problem and map it to a capability.
Collaborate across pre and post sales teams to align stakeholders.
Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers facing conflicting recommendations.
Provide domain placement expertise and drive architectural governance across platforms.
