Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a bachelor’s or master’s student, or recent graduate within the past year.
• Able to work full-time 40 hours/week with at least 3 onsite days in either Miami, FL or Needham, MA.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience actively building with AI tools (LLMs, automation workflows, or agent frameworks).
• Experience working with real-world or messy datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Ability to approach problems in a structured and logical way.
• Interest in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Support scoping and analysis of business questions by gathering and organizing relevant data.
• Write AI prompts and assist in data cleaning and preparation.
• Design and iterate on AI prompts to extract actionable insights from business data.
• Help build dashboards, reports, or simple models used by internal teams via AI tools.
• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and insights within datasets through AI.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and support analytical workflows.
• Contribute to prototypes that automate manual business processes.
• Contribute to materials that communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify data gaps and flag opportunities for improvement.
