Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a current student or recent graduate for the AI-native Early Edge co-op program in Needham, MA, Miami, FL, or New York, NY. 40-hour work weeks with at least three onsite days per week.

You will work on real business problems, build production-ready AI solutions, and rotate through live SharkNinja projects with direct mentorship and measurable impact. Ideal candidates have experience in data visualization, AI/ML, SQL/Python, and a passion for consumer products.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year.
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA, Miami, FL, or New York, NY.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience building with AI (LLMs, automation workflows, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering) with examples you can speak to.
• Experience working with real-world or messy datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools through coursework or projects.
• Ability to approach problems in a structured and logical way.
• Interest in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end scoping, analysis, and delivery of a defined business problem - from data gathering through insight communication.
• Design, iterate, and document AI prompts and workflows; take ownership of data preparation pipelines for assigned projects.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, or models that are actively used by internal teams.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and automate analytical workflows.
• Develop and test agentic workflow prototypes that reduce manual effort on high-friction business processes.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to team leads and business stakeholders.
• Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and propose solutions, not just flag them.
