You’ll work on real dashboards, forecasting, inventory, S&OP, and cost analyses while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. The program emphasizes fast learning, practical impact, and exposure to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data.
• Ability to turn data into recommendations and present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and influence real commercial decisions across SharkNinja.
• Build reports, dashboards, models, and trackers for leadership.
• Turn messy data into clear recommendations and defend them in meetings.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, product, and regions.
• Own end-to-end meaningful projects and present results to leadership.
