SharkNinja is seeking an Applied AI & Analytics Intern to join our AI-native Early Edge Experience. You’ll work on real company-wide AI transformations, partnering with teams to turn data into insights and inform decisions.

This role blends hands-on AI deployments with mentorship and exposure to executives in a fast-paced consumer products environment. Ideal candidates are students or recent grads in AI/ML, data analytics, or software engineering, comfortable with SQL/Python and data

Qualifications

• Current student in a related bachelor’s or master’s or PhD program or has graduated from such a program within the past year.
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Miami, FL or Needham, MA.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Experience actively building with AI tools (LLMs, automation workflows, or agent frameworks).
• Experience working with real-world or messy datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools through coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support scoping and analysis of business questions by gathering and organizing relevant data.
• Write AI prompts and assist in data cleaning and preparation.
• Design and iterate on AI prompts to extract actionable insights from business data.
• Help build dashboards, reports, or simple models used by internal teams through AI tools.
• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and insights within datasets through AI.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and support analytical workflows.
• Contribute to agentic workflow prototypes that automate manual business processes.
• Contribute to materials that communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Help identify data gaps or inconsistencies and flag opportunities for improvement.
