Qualifications

• Education: Current student in a related bachelor's or master’s or PhD program or has graduated within the past year.
• Must be able to work a full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA, Miami, FL, or New York, NY.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience building with AI (LLMs, automation workflows, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering).
• Experience working with real‑world or messy datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools through coursework or projects.
• Ability to approach problems in a structured and logical way.
• Interest in consumer products, retail, or e‑commerce.
• No delays attitude and rapid daily progress mindset.
• Details-oriented with data preparation and analytics quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end scoping, analysis, and delivery of a defined business problem — from data gathering through insight communication.
• Design, iterate, and document AI prompts and workflows; manage data prep pipelines for assigned projects.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, or models actively used by internal teams with accountability for quality and accuracy.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and automate analytical workflows.
• Present findings and recommendations to team leads and stakeholders.
