Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking an Applications Team Lead to oversee multiple application modernization projects for the U.S. Army PL ALTESS. You will coordinate requirements, estimate LOE, drive backlog refinement and sprint planning, manage resources and budgets, and communicate project status to customers.

Ideal candidates bring senior project management experience in Agile environments, QA testing, and strong communication skills, with a background in handling large-scale DoD-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior Application Project management experience utilizing agile development best practices.
• Three or more years’ experience with Agile development processes and tools.
• Three or more years’ experience with Quality Assurance (AQ) application testing.
• Three or more years’ experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, LOE estimation, development stories, backlog reviews & sprint planning.
• Coordinate resources and review QA results; perform final review of deliverables.
• Manage resources and provide staffing recommendations for projects.
• Provide budget reports and track burn rates to keep projects within budget.
• Communicate project status to customers and identify improvement opportunities.

Overview

The Applications Team Lead, under indirect supervision, oversees the management of multiple application modernization projects for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS).

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include requirements gathering, estimating Level of Effort (LOE), drafting development stories, facilitating backlog reviews & sprint planning meetings, coordinating resources, reviewing QA results, and performing final review.
• Manages resources across each development effort and provides staffing recommendations for new or expanding projects.
• Provides budget reports to track burn rates across each project to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Manages master project schedule and reprioritizes efforts to prevent collisions.
• Works directly with customers to communicate project status.
• Works with the development teams to identify areas for improvements and gain efficiencies.

Qualifications

Required:

• Senior Application Project management experience utilizing agile development best practices.
• Three or more years’ experience with Agile development processes and tools.
• Three or more years’ experience with Quality Assurance (AQ) application testing.
• Three or more years’ experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projects.

Preferred:
