The Application Analyst I is primarily responsible for providing subject matter expertise to support, manage, and enhance the applications in their designated areas. This role is seen as an entry level role in terms of experience and depth of domain expertise but is capable of working under the direction of leadership in the support of critical applications in Utility Billing.
