Job summary

Eagle Harbor, LLC. is seeking an Applications Support Analyst in Albuquerque, NM to provide functional and implementation support to IS&A and the IT Infrastructure Team.

The role focuses on supporting our government client and ensuring smooth operation of core applications on-site. You will assist in production, development, and testing environments, support users during deployments, apply patches, maintain documentation and disaster recovery plans, and help safeguard applications through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years professional experience in software/hardware applications for a complex organization including development.
• At least 2 years professional experience in an enterprise server environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides support in production, demonstration, and testing environments
• Provides client support during development and production deployment of applications
• Assists with identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
• Assists with implementing patch management and software upgrades for all applications
• Documents and maintains a knowledgebase and other associated information in accordance with IS&A and cyber security protocols
• Assists in the development, maintenance, and implementation of a Disaster Recovery Plan for all production applications
• Ensures follow through on entire software lifecycle
• Supports Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for development and production application authentication
• Applies and follows basic safety and security concepts and policies
