Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking an Applications Developer/Programmer in Albuquerque, NM to support a government client. The role is on-site and requires collaboration across Development, Database, IT, QA and SharePoint teams to deliver data-driven web applications.

Responsibilities include maintaining software throughout its lifecycle, adhering to change management, and guiding prototypes, demos, and sprint planning with product owners. A DOE Q clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years professional experience in developing data driven web applications with ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server and Web API.
• HTML, JavaScript, and CSS proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio.
• DOE Q Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and Telerik/Kendo UI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a strict change management process for code deployments, software installations and site configurations.
• Participate with QA and product owner in sprint planning and software demonstrations.
• Introduce new technical solutions to improve quality and security of products.

• Document developed software with designers/technical writers to ensure clear communication of logic and usability.
• Design, develop and maintain internal and external websites.
• Coordinate with team to deliver efficient software development systems for specific strategies.
• Evaluate software through the qualification process with target users and review development processes.

Eagle Harbor, LLC., is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Application Developer/Programmer to support our government client.. This position is located in Albuquerque, NM. This position is required to be on-site and located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Position Responsibilities:

• Produces and maintains software by collaborating with Development, Database, IT, QA and SharePoint teams; works with subject matter experts to identify needs and satisfy requirements in proposed software development or modification, to include full software lifecycle. Plans and develops prototypes of proposed software.
• Understands and adheres to a strict change management process for all code deployments, software installations and site configurations.
• Works with QA and product owner to conduct software demonstrations and sprint planning sessions.
• Contributes to improvements of products by introducing new technical solutions and methodologies for quality and security enhancements.
• Understands the importance of the software development process beyond code, to include hardware requirements and limitations, network and security implications of software design, and integration, communication and collaboration with all concerned parties of a given application.
• Documents developed software, working with designers and technical writers, to ensure correct communication of logic structures and usability.
• Designs, develops, implements, and maintains internal and external NTC websites.
• Coordinates with team to recommend and deliver the most efficient software development system(s) for specific design strategies
• Evaluates effectiveness of software by participating in the software qualification process with members of the target audience; reviews and evaluates the software development process.
• Ensures quality of software by reviewing software requirements; recommends and implements software revisions where required; conducts technical review of software.
