Qualifications

• BA/BS in chemistry, food sciences, biology, or related physical science.
• 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Demonstrated aptitude for technical writing and clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard reference testing via Kjeldahl digestion, Soxhlet extraction, acid hydrolysis and more.
• Develop novel testing solutions for fat, moisture/solids, protein and ash analyses.
• Establish clear communication lines with technical and marketing teams.
• Generate, communicate and present data externally to support customer issue resolution.
• Compile organized lab reports with reproducible data.
• Maintain understanding of CEM technology and reference testing methods.
• Other duties as assigned.
