Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues using fault isolation and troubleshooting techniques
• Execute necessary repairs on defective units
• Install software updates or hardware retrofits as required
• Calibrate systems and conduct final functional testing prior to return
• Accurately document all repair activities, including time, parts used, and resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for performing as-needed repairs and calibrations on microwave-based products. Tasks range from general maintenance to complete unit rebuilding, working on both customer-owned and in-house systems.
