What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Consult with IT Manager, Team Leader, Systems Analysts, and end users to gather information about program functions and requirements
2. Assist in testing ERP systems and Microsoft Power BI reporting
3. Communicate new tools and concepts effectively to end users
4. Aid in creating documentation of ERP processes
5. Provide timely technical support and assistance to end users across various departments

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 2-5 years of relevant experience or training in Information Systems or a related IT area
2. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
3. Expertise in utilizing and interpreting analytical software
4. Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and similar tools
5. Willingness to participate in training and certification in other areas
