About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to be the next technical team member on our growing crew. You’ll be a core part of our operations, handling escalated issues, projects, and client interaction. From helping businesses migrate to the cloud, to resolving weird network issues, to making clients feel supported and safe — you’ll be doing it all.
You need to have prior experience at an MSP or MSSP. You’ll be working directly with the owner (that’s me) and will be trusted with a wide range of responsibilities from hands-on troubleshooting to documentation and automation. If you’re tired of being stuck in a cog-like role and want to actually help build something great, read on.
