Bio-Techne is seeking a scientifically skilled professional to design and optimize studies that generate robust application data and validate product performance. You will translate findings into technical content and work with PM, Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams to drive product development and launch readiness.

The role involves collaborating with external partners, presenting at meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific training in a relevant life sciences discipline or equivalent.
• PhD or Master’s degree preferred.
• Up to 5 years of relevant industry, academic, or translational research experience.
• Experimental design, data analysis, scientific communication, collaboration, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, execute, and analyze scientific studies, workflows, and experimental approaches that generate application data.
• Develop application strategies and generate scientific evidence to address customer needs and market opportunities.
• Translate scientific findings into technical documentation, publications, and educational content.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams to support product development and launches.
• Establish relationships with scientific collaborators, customers, and external partners to advance application development.
