Department of Building in New York City seeks a Principal Administrative Associate to supervise the Application Processing team, oversee filings, and manage cash handling and daily reconciliations.
This civil service role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to supervise staff, and adaptability for a partial remote work schedule up to 2 days per week.
Under general supervision to the Bronx Director of Operations and Service Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

Candidates who are permanent in comparable civil service titles may be considered for title change under rule 6.1.9 of the Personnel Rules and Regulations of the City of New York.
This position may be eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week, pursuant to the Remote Work Pilot Program.
