Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Technology or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to quickly learn and master department specific applications.
• Understanding of Agile SDLC and strong analytical thinking.
• Strong customer service skills, self-motivated and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and effective operation of applications.
• Perform application and database testing and QA.
• Maintain and update technical documents, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving application issues and monitoring scheduled jobs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives.
• Provide off-hours support to resolve system problems when needed.
• Assist with application integrations.
• Automate manual processes where feasible.
• Provide cross training to team members.
• Stay updated on updates, enhancements, or new features.
