Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of enterprise application administration, support, implementation, or management.
- Valid South Carolina Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle management of enterprise and vendor-supported applications.
- Monitor availability, performance, security, and accessibility; resolve outages.
- Coordinate efforts with vendors, owners, and IT staff for improvements and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation, support procedures, and business continuity information.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data models to support operations.
