Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Sciences, Physics or Chemistry; Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum five years of advanced semiconductor plasma processing experience.
• Minimum two years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• General managerial duties including hiring, training, appraisal and discipline for the process engineering group.
• Budgetary responsibility for the process engineering department and project costs.
• Allocate group resources to achieve process development goals and customer requirements.
• Manage lab activities, equipment, procurement, and maintenance to meet objectives.
• Develop process-related marketing and sales collateral and present technical results.
