Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, materials sciences, physics or chemistry.
• Ph.D. is preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience with advanced semiconductor plasma processing.
• Minimum two years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Process Engineering activities within the Technical Management group.
• Conduct hiring, training, appraisal, counseling, and discipline for the process engineering group.
• Oversee budgeting for the process engineering department and cost centers.
• Allocate group resources to achieve process development goals.
• Review processes, customer requirements, and sales input for sample processing.
• Develop process-related marketing collateral and technical notes.
• Lead lab activities and manage process engineering projects.
• Oversee patent and publication generation and lab asset management.
