Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in related engineering roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer applications and recommend thread rolling solutions, tooling, and process improvements.
• Review drawings, specifications, material requirements, and production objectives to develop optimal thread rolling processes.
• Develop, validate, and document thread rolling processes for new and existing applications.
• Support customer trials, process validation, troubleshooting, and production implementation activities.
• Travel to customer facilities as needed to support installations, process optimization, training, and application development (5–15%).
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, cost estimates, and application recommendations.
