This mid-level role focuses on solving manufacturing challenges, working directly with customers, and developing practical thread rolling solutions for real-world production applications.

You will evaluate applications, design processes, support trials, collaborate with engineering and sales teams, and travel to customer facilities as needed to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, tooling, machining, or a related technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer applications and recommend thread rolling solutions, tooling, and process improvements.
• Review drawings, specifications, material requirements, and production objectives to develop optimal thread rolling processes.
• Develop, validate, and document thread rolling processes for new and existing applications.
• Support customer trials, process validation, troubleshooting, and production implementation.
