Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year technical degree; 4-year preferred.
• Experience with sensors and controls in manufacturing.
• Machine repair/maintenance of industrial equipment a plus.
• Able to learn cutting-edge sensors and controls.
• 3+ years of technical support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customer technical inquiries by phone, email, Webchat, and Teams.
• Promote ifm products to customers when applicable.
• Identify areas to improve Customer Support processes.
• Develop Digital Technical Support Content for online support.
• Perform order entry, quoting, stock checking, invoicing when needed.
• Learn products in the Complex Product Line.
