Job summary

PSG Dover in Grand Terrace, California, is seeking an Applications Engineer to support pump and flow solutions. The role is hybrid, full-time, and requires a 2+ year engineering background with the ability to recommend pump selections and assist customers on technical matters.

You will train and support sales, review specifications, and help develop product knowledge across teams. A background in pumps, valves, and rotating equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent relevant education and work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with engineering degree (Applications Engineer).
• Able to quickly learn products and interact with customers on technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to sales team and channel partners for selection, configuration, and quotation of products.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for channel partners and end users.
• Conduct technical training of internal team members and industry participants.
• Support marketing activities with technical input and market literature.
• Investigate market needs for innovative products and communicate opportunities to Product Management.
