Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking an Applications Engineer II in the Engineering department. You will contribute to projects from concept and budgeting through pricing and implementation support, interfacing with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include designing material handling systems and leading cross‑functional teams, creating CAD models, budgeting concepts, and supporting sales during design reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with material handling focus.
• Proficient with CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor) and able to learn supplier drawing packages.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and apply material handling products and innovative technologies.
• Lead cross-functional team to develop integrated material handling options.
• Develop and document CAD models of complete systems.
• Budget concepts and assist in firm pricing of final designs.
• Support sales in design review meetings with the client.
• Lead site visits to capture design requirements and assist proposals.
