Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop CAD models, document systems, assist in budgeting and pricing, and help during client design reviews and site

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with material handling focus.
• Formal training in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor or Autodesk products.
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and apply material handling products including conveyors, sortation, and racking.
• Lead cross-functional team to develop integrated solutions with innovative technologies.
• Prepare block plans, flow diagrams and project plans for clients.
• Assist sales in design reviews and proposals.
• Support site visits to capture design requirements.
• Develop CAD documentation of the system with specified equipment.
• Contribute to budgeting and firm pricing of final designs.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Travel up to 20% and work across office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities.
