Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years in an engineering role with demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Experience translating customer requirements into engineered solutions.
• Proficient with CAD systems for design review.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to customers and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience reviewing drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Exposure to sales engineering concepts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer specs and requirements to propose optimal solutions.
• Develop equipment selections, sizing calculations, and proposals.
• Provide application guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure manufacturability.
• Prepare submittals, performance docs, and design communication reports.
• Assist commissioning, troubleshoot field issues, and startup support.
• Deliver technical training to customers, sales reps, and staff.
• Gather customer feedback to inform new product development.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, events to assess needs.
• Manage about five active projects simultaneously.
