Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 1–3 years in mechanical design or related role.
• Proficiency with Pro-E and Creo CAD software.
• Understanding of form, fit, function in designs.
• Knowledge of tolerance stack‑up analysis and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete layout, design, and documentation of complex mechanical designs using CAD.
• Assist with design changes and manufacturability improvements.
• Lead and mentor designers and drafters in project tasks.
• Develop CAD modeling practices and clear manufacturing documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and traceability across deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities with supervisors and peers.
• Manage personal workload and help schedule others.
• Prepare engineering designs with calculations and technical packages.
• Monitor status and communicate progress and changes.
