Alicat Scientific is seeking a Technical Sales & Support Engineer in Tucson, AZ to become the go-to expert for mass-flow solutions after completing comprehensive product training. You’ll support sales conversions and deliver high-level technical assistance to customers across aerospace, biotech, clean energy, and manufacturing sectors.

The role involves advising on product selection, building practical quotes, and resolving complex application challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or interest in fluid control, instrumentation, or automation.
• Familiarity with aerospace, bioprocessing, chemistry, environmental science, semiconductor technology, or optical sciences is a plus.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in technical sales, customer support, or application engineering but not required.

• Qualify inbound inquiries and recommend tailored solutions that align with customers’ technical and business goals.
• Build accurate, application-specific quotes and follow up to drive conversions.

As the frontline technical advisor and sales partner, you’ll play a critical role in supporting sales conversions and delivering high-level technical support. You’ll help drive revenue by delivering fast, accurate, and insightful assistance that turns inquiries into long-term relationships.
