You will work with customers, distributors, and internal teams to tailor solutions, provide training, and ensure successful installations.

• Assist customers, distributors, and sales personnel with product selection, sizing, installation, and troubleshooting of electric actuators, motors, and drives.
• Perform engineering calculations related to motion dynamics, system requirements, and application performance.
• Recommend product solutions based on customer application requirements and operating conditions.
• Deliver product training, technical presentations, and application guidance to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Service to support customer success and business objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, motion control technologies, and industry trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, product application support, and internal processes.

Our client located in the West Metro Suburbs of Minneapolis (Nearby Plymouth) is looking to add to their team an Applications Engineer due to continued growth. For over 70 years this company has partnered with a variety of industries to solve automation application challenges.

Must be a US Citizen or Valid Green Card (ITAR). Visa sponsorship is not authorized for this position now or in the future. The selected Applications Engineer must reside in the Twin Cities metro area or surrounding area as a Relocation Package is not offered for this position.

Annual Salary Rate: $75,000 to $85,000 (Depending on Experience) and a complete benefits package and other great perks.
