This role combines technical problem-solving, quotation development, and customer support. You'll work closely with sales, engineering, and operations to prepare proposals, answer technical questions, and help customers identify the right equipment for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• * Develop a strong working knowledge of AZCO equipment and applications.
• * Review customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• * Prepare quotations for standard and custom equipment.
• * Assist customers and the sales team with technical questions.
• * Coordinate with engineering and operations on specifications, pricing, and lead times.

• * Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer information.

Qualifications

• * Experience in applications engineering, technical sales support, manufacturing, or a related role.
• * Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to generate quotations accurately.
• * Strong communication and organizational skills.
• * Comfortable interacting with customers.
• * Strong computer skills.
• * Engineering, mechanical, or industrial technology background is a plus.
