Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of responsible information systems analysis or applications development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in computer science or a closely related field.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain and maintain, an appropriate California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical operational support to workstation deployment, software installation and licensing, user account administration, and help desk requests.
• Support Water Utilities SCADA systems, including operation, monitoring and security of associated networks.
• Lead system upgrades, hardware/software lifecycle replacements, and vendor coordination on technology initiatives.
• Contribute to training, documentation, and cross-departmental technology projects; participate in after-hours on-call as needed.
